We only stock an exclusive amount of items so orders can take up to 4-5 working days to be sewn and delivered depending on the waiting list. NOT all sizes listed as available on the website are actually produced and ready to be delivered. However if they are in stock , we deliver them within 2 working days. This way we are able to protect the nature, focus on orders and minimise the wasted fabrics. In case your desired size and/or color are not available at the moment, you can leave your e-mail address to be notified when they are eventually back in stock.

We do not offer sales for "BAGS" section To be notified and receive your personal invitation to our sale , or for other promotions, we invite you to subscribe our Newsletter. Please note that we are unable to offer price adjustment on items originally purchased on sale or on any special promotion items that are temporarily discounted.

We offer products across categories including handbags, leather small accesories, accessories, home and ready-to-wear clothes. All products designed by us are unisex and can be bought genderless, sizes are adaptable. Custom Made products and personalized items are also available by request. Our products are crafted with the highest quality materials in Romania. The whole process are made in our local workshop based in Cluj-Napoca, Transylvania. We do not work with factories so this drive us to create an exclusive amount of items. We work with quality fabrics and natural leather from Italy and also with local printed fabrics.

We sell our products exclusively on www.antonhojda.com. We do not work with third parties so our crafted products are delivered directly from our workshop. All our products are delivered together with "Certificate Of Authenticity" , document which contains details about the Product, Owner, Care Process, Collection of the product and a Unique Code. We recommend you to keep safe this document because this remains the proof of the purchase over time. Find more details about the "Certificate of Authenticity" in the dedicated section.

Once you have found a piece you would like to order, open it , choose your size( only for Ready-To-Wear items) and click ‘ADD TO BAG’ . You can see the pieces you have selected by clicking on the ‘shopping bag’ at the top right side of the page. You can remove products from your shopping bag if you change your mind, update them by clicking "Update Cart"or add them to your wishlist. Click on ‘Checkout’ to complete your order. Add your delivery information and choose the payment method. Once the order is registered we will do our magic.

At the moment we do not have this option developped.

If the order has been confirmed, but not delivered yet, YES, we are able to cancel it from our backend. So please send us an email at info@antonhojda.com with your request and we will cancel the order with your approve If you have already received your order and would like to return or change it, please refer to the return instructions.

The price on the webiste can be converted based on the currency set up on the top left side of the menu. You are able to choose between : RON, EUR, USD, AUD, GBP, CAD
Please be advised that the order will be charged in the currency used in Romania "RON". 
  If the credit card’s default currency is not the same as the local currency "RON", the final price will be calculated based on the exchange rate applicable on the date that the credit card company processed the transaction.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the shipment details , Courier website and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked in the Courier website.

RETURNS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@antonhojda.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@antonhojda.com.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the notification is not made in 14 days, we will not be able to change your product.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The custom or personalised products cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns are not free of charge , so customer cover the returning fee.
Custom orders are not subject to return policy.If your item is eligible for return , you have 14 days from the date you receive it to write us your intention of returning at info@antonhojda.com and we will proceed the returning process.
